Universal Government Run

Health Care is a Bad Idea!

The following points are to be pondered:

Doctor & Patient Confidentiality is compromised when the Government is involved.

Cancer survival rate will be jeopardized due to waiting for medical attention…
crucial time will most certainly be lost when waiting to see a doctor or schedule an operation.

The extra “red-tape” and bureaucracy will only add to an already skyrocketing deficit.

Why should we jeopardize our current health care system when it is considered to be the

  best in world?

The decrease of potential salaries of medical personnel (doctors, nurses, technicians and
administrators) will discourage our students from entering the medical field.

BOTTOM LINE - you are either part of the problem … or part of the solution.

(And it is apparent that the government's involvement in Universal Health care is NOT the answer!)

What we need are long term, meaningful revisions of our current Health Care system -

solutions that put people first, irrespective of social background or political alignment. By

having all political parties come together and combine their experience, we will eventually

develop a solution that is acceptable for all people.

Of course, this is NOT a quick fix solution - and it is my belief that simply making Health

Care “Universal” is just “band-aid surgery” for a long term problem that has plagued us in

the past, and will continue to be a thorn in the side of our present and future generations.

In conclusion, a positive, comprehensive solution to the health care crisis is necessary; and

PEOPLE are the priority -- NOT a lobbyist or political party's special interest group.

To that end, I will continuously oppose any government involvement in our nations Health

Care System.

GOD BLESS AMERICA
